I appreciate that each individual’s body and lived experience is unique. I’m committed to creating a comfortable, non-judgemental space where my patients feel safe and seen. I enjoy helping people understand their bodily experience through education about movement and anatomy. My treatments and the space I hold for my patients are informed by my lived experience as a trans person, as well as principles of trauma-informed practice. I’m excited to support all of my clients’ long-term body health as well as assisting in injury recovery and prevention.
