Tessa’s passion for working with the human body began with teaching yoga and movement therapy. Her approach considers the whole person, acknowledging how lifestyle, stress and trauma can play a part in a person’s aches and pains. Tessa’s grounding presence encourages relaxation and mind-body connection to facilitate the body’s own healing mechanisms.
