Cancellation Policy

We require 24-hours notice for all cancelled appointments, otherwise, you’ll be charged the full cost of your scheduled session. Please note that extended health insurance plans and ICBC do not cover missed appointments.

If for any reason you arrive to your appointment and choose not to proceed, the full cost of the appointment will be charged to respect the RMT’s time and livelihood.

It is important to us that you are comfortable at our clinic and with your therapist. If you have specific requirements of your massage therapist, please review our RMT bios or contact the clinic in advance.
