COVID-19 Protocols
Masks are now optional. You can request your RMT wear one.
Patients, if you’re feeling unwell or exhibiting any signs of illness, please cancel your appointment. If you arrive to your appointment with cold/covid symptoms, your appointment will be cancelled and the full cost of the treatment will be charged.
Here’s what you can expect:
- Arrive 1-2 minutes before your appointment and no sooner.
- Please come unaccompanied; if you require a chaperone or translator please contact your RMT to discuss ahead of time.
- Upon arrival, please wash or sanitize your hands.
- Payments are charged to the card on file; receipts will be emailed.
- We sanitize surfaces in our treatment rooms after each session.
- RMTs self-screen for symptoms every day using BC's COVID-19 self assessment tool.
- If you are immunocompromised, we can schedule your appointment at the beginning of the day if you prefer. Simply let us know and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
