Payments and missed appointments

If there is any remaining amount owing after processing your insurance, we will charge the remainder to your card on file. (Please contact your insurer directly if you're wondering how much they will cover).

Should any insurer decline payment, you will be charged for the appointment.

In the case of a no-show, the clinic’s cancellation policy will apply, and you will be charged for the missed treatment.

Insurers will not pay for missed appointments.
