Carolynn Roxburgh (she/her)
My passion for helping people has been shaped by my own personal journey, as well as my experiences with clients in counselling, nutrition, and whole-body health. I offer a compassionate, confidential, client-centered space, supporting clients in cultivating nervous system regulation, developing healthy boundaries, and fostering a deeper sense of self-awareness, resilience and inner stability.
Approach
I invite clients to connect with their body’s innate wisdom, restoring their natural capacity to self-regulate and heal. Together, we explore patterns of thought, emotion, and beliefs to align how you experience yourself. Through mindfulness and deep self-compassion, I offer support in gently processing life experiences and reconnecting with a sense of inner clarity and authenticity.
With a foundation in wellness and nutrition, I bring a holistic perspective that honours the interconnection between mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. I see each person as inherently capable of healing and growth when offered a space of safety, curiosity, and respect.
Whether working individually or collaboratively within a community of care, I strive to create an environment where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to move toward greater wholeness, balance, and self-understanding.
