I take a collaborative approach to massage therapy, engaging in non-judgemental listening to understand my patients’ unique needs. I enjoy creating an environment of relaxation while working to achieve my patients’ therapeutic goals. My treatments can be adapted for almost all patients to receive the mental and physical benefits of massage therapy. Drawing on my education in psychology and health sociology, I understand additional stressors which may be contributing to my patients’ clinical concerns. I believe in empowering patients with education and homecare.

I felt so much better after Dana's massage. She understood my issues and was able to find out where I’m storing tension and gave the treatment to that specific area. Her recommended at-home exercises have been really helpful in reducing my neck and shoulder tension. I appreciated that she always asked me for feedback about comfort and pressure. Dana is knowledgeable, thoughtful and friendly.
