I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, chronic emotional or physical pain, and the lasting impacts of relational trauma and loss. I also support those navigating significant life transitions or adapting to new cultural environments. Grounded in compassion and curiosity, I help clients reconnect with their resilience and capacity to heal.


In our work together, I invite you to gently tune into the sensations in your body and the emotions, beliefs, and memories that accompany them, so healing can unfold from within. What we can feel, we can begin to heal.

Approach

My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in humanistic values, shaped by both my clinical training and lived experience. I offer a compassionate, judgment-free space that honours your strengths and welcomes every part of you - including the ways you’ve learned to cope and care for yourself along the way.

I draw from Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Somatic, and Emotion-Focused approaches to guide our work together and support your healing journey.
