Shira Bregman (she/her)
I have built my practice on the belief that healing begins with feeling safe in your own body. I take a thoughtful and individualized approach, grounded in assessment, clear communication, and collaboration. My goal is to create a calm, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and at ease.
I see my role as someone who walks alongside you in your care. I invite you to feel empowered to shape the atmosphere that feels best for you in the treatment room. This may include asking questions, adjusting the pace of techniques, or taking a moment to pause and breathe. Whether you feel like chatting or prefer a quiet session, both are equally supported. I value open communication and view each treatment as a collaborative process.
Growing up in a family deeply involved in community care, I’ve had exposure to supporting people across the full life cycle. This has shaped how I support clients through both everyday challenges and more complex or vulnerable stages of life.
Massage style
My massage style is slow, intentional, and responsive. I focus on creating a steady flow that allows your body and nervous system to settle. I use a combination of gentle, calming techniques and more targeted work when appropriate. Breathwork is often incorporated to support relaxation and help you ease into the treatment. Pressure and pace are always adjusted based on your comfort. Sessions can range from quiet and restorative to more focused and therapeutic, depending on your needs that day.
