Zoe (Danielle) Jeschke, (she/her)
My goal is to create a space where patients feel safe, respected, and genuinely listened to. I strive to support each person’s unique health journey with compassion, curiosity, and a trauma-informed perspective. I offer evidence-based, accessible information to help patients better understand their symptoms, and encourage more supportive inner narratives to emerge. By making transparency a priority, if I can’t answer your question I will refer you to a professional who can. Being a facilitator in my patients’ health journey is both a privilege and a driving force in my work.
Massage style
I adapt my treatments to your preference - whether you’d like a quiet, restorative experience or a more chatty, engaging session. That adaptability continues when it comes to pressure and technique. Don’t be afraid to ask to change the music, add a blanket, or use a fidget toy etc. My treatment space is non-judgemental and I encourage feedback throughout the treatment. My pressure generally leans to medium-firm with deep holds. However, I also use light pressure when requested or needed. I pay close attention to your breathing and tension to monitor your level of comfort. I often end treatments with soothing neck and scalp techniques so you walk out feeling grounded and cared for.
